Low back pain NOT exacerbated by ranges of motion
Consider etiologies such as:- Renal Stone
- Pyelonephritis
- Ruptured Ectopic Pregnancy
- Ruptured Aortic Aneurysm
Only investigate if additional clinical reasons to suspect
