A tough one to suspect — think of it for new same-day-onset headaches indoors in winter, or that began in a car. Other symptoms may include difficulty concentrating. All complaints may have abated out of the environment en route to your office. Strongly suspect carbon monoxide if 2 persons from the same environment present simultaneously.
