Usually diagnosed in context of Chronic Cough or Nasal congestion, BUT still suspect & diagnose for ACUTE SYMPTOMS, if:
- History of frequent similar episodes
- History of annual episodes lasting > 3-4 weeks (viral URIs don’t last that long)
- Prominent sneezing paroxysms
- Physical Exam: Allergic Shiners, Allergic Salute, pale boggy nasal mucosa.
