Bacterial Conjunctivitis

* Uncommon — DON’T overdiagnose (& Rx antibiotics)

 

* Unilateral (almost always)

 

* Constant thick creamy discharge: white, yellow, or green

• Wipe away discharge, more appears within minutes

* Itchy eye; NO PAIN.  Normal Pupils
