Episcleritis

*  Uncommon

*  Scratchy, itchy, gritty sensation;  NO PAIN

*  No frank watery discharge with morning crusting

• maybe increase in tears from rubbing

*  Redness is localized, not generalized

• Only injection is on  bulbar conjunctiva (over sclera)
• Palpebral conjunctiva (lining eyelids) NOT injected
